Do you provide a written agreement?

It is very important to confirm your booking in writing. Terms should be clearly defined to avoid future problems.

What equipment and services are provided in your packages?

Our sound systems include a minimum of (2) two speakers (extra speakers depending on size of event), a dual deck CD player, 1 corded microphone, an amplifier and a mixer. An Intelligent lighting system and a cordless microphone can be added for an additional charge. With Wilson Entertainment, there is no charge for the set-up or breakdown. We arrive (1) one hour prior to the event to set-up. We dress in formal or semi-formal attire fitting to the occasion, and play music ranging from classical to top 40. We pride ourselves on coordinating your event and being a Master of Ceremonies to make all the announcements throughout the entire event.

What type of music styles do you offer?

We are here to cater to you. So we carry all genres of music. You name it we have it! If we don't have it we will get it before your event. Please contact us for more specific song requests.

Do you have any referrals we may contact?

In order to maintain a standard of excellence we periodically have the customers evaluate our service by completing a questionnaire. These customers have indicated that you may contact them for referral. Please contact Wilson Entertainment and we will provide you with a package of evaluations.

Will you travel outside of Southern California?

We mostly service Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Diego, and Las Vegas. We will travel anywhere in the country for an extra travel fee. There is extra charges for travel anywhere outside of Los Angeles County.

Is a contract and deposit required to secure our date? What methods of payment do you offer?

Yes. A signed contract will be provided and a non-refundable deposit of half the Total Price Agreed Upon is required to secure a specific date for your event. The balance of the contract is due (2) two weeks prior to the event date. As of this time we do not except credit cards.

How do you schedule an appointment?

You can e-mail us at wilsonentertainment@comcast.net or call us at (562) 644-4491 to schedule an appointment. Day and Evening appointments are avaiable (upon availability only). Our DJ's can meet with you at our place of business or yours. Most consultations last a minimum of 45 minutes.

Is overtime available?

Overtime is always an option depending upon availability. Rates vary based on Date, Time, Type of Event. Call for individual quotes.

Why should I hire Wilson Entertainment?

Our DJ's, M.C.'s, and Musicians love what they do and are experts at it. We do not only just play great music but we control and coordinate your event to unsure everybody is having an excellent time. We believe that when guests are dancing and having fun that makes are job not a job anymore.
